We accept payment for corporate and team events by the following methods: – Bank transfers, Company cheque, cash, credit cards, debit cards and company purchase cards.
We require a 50% first stage payment which is non-refundable at the time of booking to secure the day/ event.
Confirmation of numbers attending 14 days prior to the event date. After that time the cost quote applies, whether or not the numbers dropped below that figure on the day, for whatever reason. Should numbers increase then each extra person will be charged the original quoted equivalent cost per head. Please note that the costs quoted are based on the number attending mentioned.
For package price quotations, the price remains the same based on and covering up to the number booked for. Should numbers increase on package deals then each extra person will be charged on the package price divide by the original number attending cost giving a per head cost and charged accordingly.
Balance payment is due 14 days prior to the event. For companies, any incidentals, bar tabs and wine are invoiced after the event and should be settled within 14 days. For private functions incidentals are settled on the day.
Quoted prices are exclusive of vat at the prevailing rate.
Cancellations of confirmed bookings for whatever reason will result in the loss of your deposit and or balance payment, as appropriate to any cancellation made. These calculations take into account losses incurred and potential losses due to our declining other bookings at the time you originally booked.
Should Yeaveley Estate Ltd be unable to fulfill the booking for whatever reason, but in particular acts above and beyond their control, then the event will be postponed and re-scheduled for a future date, mutually accepted between the client and us.
We ask that you sign and return a copy of these terms, for whatever reason should these terms not be returned signed, you, the client accepts that upon booking your event you are bound by these terms. (If the booking is being made by an agency then the agency is bound to the terms as well as their client).
For all bookings where advance tickets are bought for day events, in the event that the purchaser wishes to cancel providing it is longer than 2 weeks (14 days, not including the day of event) from the event a 50% refund will be made. If within 2 weeks of the event this will result in the loss of your full payment.
